Just finished my first investment property with Strike. They made the process so effortless and seamless whistle I was working abroad that I honestly forgot at times I was even building a house. Dane, Dan, Jane and all the guys at Strike were fantastic through the whole process. From finding a location with potential to getting tenants into our investment property. Each have a wealth of experience and knowledge, and were able to advise us on any questions we had along the way. Both Dan and Dane are former ADF and know all the benefits available to serving members. Now that our house is complete, their ongoing support with our property has excellent. I have known Jane for over 20 years and saw she was involved in property so we got in touch as we were looking at investment properties.
I know how great Jane is with her work ethic so we sat down with Jane and Dan and I was very impressed with their professionalism, contacts and set up.

I had a meeting with Dan to go through a plan that was structured for us. I had met with a few people before chatting with Strike Property and the difference in professionalism was astounding.

Dan gave us a rundown of the whole process, asked us what we were looking for, had a broker work with us to find our lending capacity then asked us what we were comfortable in spending.

He then was able to secure us land 1 street from the bay, 20 mins from the city and the land wasn’t even available to the general public at the time.

Through every stage, Dan and Jane have delivered more than we expected and we have been very pleased with everything that has been delivered.

My on-going experience with Strike Property has been overwhelmingly positive. I could not recommend them enough.

I started my journey with a little bit of savings and not an awful lot of knowledge. Strike developed a program and savings regime specifically tailored to my lifestyle and short & long term goals and I couldn’t be happier. I have accelerated my journey to financial freedom and I always have someone just a short message away for any and every question I have.

Strike don’t deal with people as if they’re a business transaction or merely another number in their books. Strike truly care about their clients and they go the extra yard to ensure you feel valued. This is sometimes as simple as a message or email asking for updates, a card on birthdays or even a congratulations package on settlement of your first property.

The whole team have a wealth of knowledge across all areas of the housing market and are with you during each step of the acquisition process for either buying or building a house.
The team at Strike Property will assist you in a personalized case for whatever situation you may be in. Whether you are looking to buy your first house or invest, these guys have your best interests at heart.

I personally had very little understanding of the housing market when I jumped into investing. Dan and Dane taught me what I needed to know about how to invest, what to look for and answered any questions I had. They have great connections with mortgage brokers, solicitors and developers and know who to get in touch with.
Jane helped me out so much during the build phase, answering any questions I had and giving me regular updates on the property, even when I was away for work.
I went from not knowing anything about investing to absolute confidence in my decisions.

Dane coached us through our first investment property experience with care and respect. He understood our quite unique circumstances and tailored his approach to what was suitable for our needs rather than a general methodology. Communication with Dane has been effortless as he always makes himself available and doesn't restrict correspondence to standard office hours. I could not be any happier that I have started my first property investment with the Strike Team! An experience from the start was just amazing.
